This charming Victorian built in 1881 has been owned by the mayor of Pasadena, William Bogaard, and his wife, Claire, for the past 40 years. Designed by architect G. Lawrence Stimson and constructed by his father, builder G. W. Stimson, the home has been lovingly restored to its former glory and is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. The property is located in the heart of southwest Pasadena, in walking distance from Old Town.
