What: One of the best remodels we’ve seen in a while, this classic postwar, 3-bed, 2-bath board-and-batten cottage now has a low-key, simple vibe.

We were especially impressed with the tightly-organized kitchen (and graphic Moroccan tile floor) that’s open to both the dining area and the yard.

Front and back, no lawn to water or mow. The garage currently serves as a cabana/party room, string up a few lanterns and we could easily see this backyard holding a crowd on a warm evening.
