Monrovia’s Burr House, of ‘The Twilight Zone’ Fame, Sells for $1.75 Million

One of Monrovia’s most famous, historic and oft-filmed houses is officially off the market! Listed for the first time in over four decades by architectural historian/former California Preservation Foundation Trustee Matthew Berkley of Deasy Penner Podley, the stunning Victorian at 150 N. Myrtle Ave. initially hit the market in January with a $1.9 million price tag and was ultimately snapped up just last week for $1.75 million, with Harrison Gorman of White Oak Holdings representing the buyers. (Please remember this is a private home. Do not trespass or bother the residents or the property in any way.)
