A couple blocks east of Caltech, this 1932 Mediterranean sits behind a gate on a quiet-looking residential street. Entering the four-bedroom house and pass through the formal entry and a curving staircase, the estate features “architectural amenities typical of a much larger property,” like a sun room, a butler’s pantry, a library, and a formal dining room.
